Your stay at a glance:

Arrival
Our front office staff will offer a secure check-in process and assist all guests arriving at the resort, while keeping safe distances and making use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Guests Rooms
Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with surface disinfection steam fogger cleaners and disinfectants during housekeeping service. All in-room print collaterals are replaced by digital documents & services via the Creta Maris App.

Food & Beverage
A wide choice of restaurants & bars are available with delicacies prepared according to the highest health and hygiene standards. Measures include restaurant capacity reduction, which enables social distancing, deep sanitization of all equipment, digital menus, and proper PPE available for all guests.

Leisure & Facilities
Guests will relax and enjoy their holidays participating in activities and using the facilities of the resort while following the measures that will ensure their safety. Spa treatments and gym sessions will be arranged upon demand. Playground and children’s activities will also conform to sanitization protocol processes. Hammam and sauna services will not be available.

Health Services
On-site COVID-19 testing services in collaboration with the Creta Medicare Diagnostic Center. Cost per person: PCR 55€, Rapid test 20€
A Dedicated Health First Ambassador is available to offer the necessary information as well as manage any emergency Covid-19 incident that may occur during your stay.

Departure
Advance checkout is available to guests – bills are handled electronically and no physical contact is involved.

B. All visitors must complete the electronic PLF document at least 24 hours before traveling.

C. Upon entering Greece, visitors may undergo targeted tests. In the event of a positive result, travelers will be temporarily accommodated in an isolation hotel, free of charge.

Since you are required to submit a health document (covid test/ vaccination certificate) before leaving your country or entering Greece, at the airport, you are not required to show us your health documents upon check-in at the resort.

At Creta Maris Beach Resort, your health and safety has always been our number one priority. These safety and hygiene protocols act as a guide for resort operations, giving details about each resort department’s work to offer the highest possible safety guarantees to all guests and all members of our staff. We also proceeded with obtaining the Private Certification Scheme “COVID-Shield”, developed by TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas, as well as the “Health First” certification seal, both of which verify the resort’s adherence to the health content protocols against COVID-19.

The measures described in the protocols may change to adapt to new developments and information. For this reason, on occasion you may encounter situations that are different from those described in the original protocols.

At present, it is mandatory to wear a face mask in all indoor areas within Greece but not outdoors, except in congested areas.

If you think you have symptoms, including a fever or respiratory difficulties such as shortness of breath or a cough, you should avoid visiting local health facilities, but contact our dedicated Health First Ambassador who is available to offer necessary information as well as manage any emergency COVID-19 incident that may occur.

Following Greek Government guidelines, mild cases will be transferred to a designated hotel property in the region where guests will be accommodated until their recovery.

If you think you have symptoms, such as a fever or respiratory difficulties including shortness of breath or a cough, you should avoid visiting local health facilities, but contact our Guest Service Team, who is available to manage your testing procedure.

If you do not have symptoms but are required to be tested prior to your departure flight, there is a possibility for testing within resort’s premises, with extra charge.

The cost for PCR test is 55 euros and the cost for rapid test is 20 euros.

All our guests are free to leave the resort and come back without specific restrictions.

Nevertheless, since our top priority is to guarantee a safe vacation for our guests and to ensure a safe workplace for our staff members, we strongly advise you to follow the standard recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including frequent hand washing, wearing a mask and avoiding close contact with anyone who has a fever and cough.

About the services & facilities

There is a possibility that some services & access to facilities may be limited. The Resort reserves the right to alter services and the operational hours according to the Greek Government’s Guidelines regarding Covid-19. You are always welcome to contact us prior to arrival if you have any queries about your stay.

There will be no discounts or reductions at the resort. Any restrictions in the resort are for safety purposes in adherence to the Greek Government’s Guidelines regarding Covid-19.

Kids facilities & activities are being adjusted according to government's guidelines.

Kids Club will be not available until further government notice.

Baby room and babysitting service will not be available.

Spa Treatments will be available on 2021 season. Appointment has to be set the first two days of the arrival.

Sauna and Hammam facilities will not be available due to Greek Government's Guidelines regarding Covid-19.

Fitness Center is available upon reservation.

Workout duration: 80 minutes per person per session.

Restaurants will operate at reduced capacity to ensure social distancing. Reservations are required at our thematic restaurants.

All buffet delicacies will be served both by the guests & our staff by using PEE (Personal Protection Equipment).

Individual packaged portions of specific items will be offered.
