Kids & Teens - Creta Maris Resort

We recommend pre-booking childcare sessions before arriving in resort. This is to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited due to our ratios. To pre-book sessions click on the book now button. Families, agents, and reservations staff can carry out a booking or check availability. Babysitting can also be requested through the online booking site and will be confirmed directly by the Childcare Manager.

Worldwide Kids provides comprehensive training to its childcare team, focusing on safety protocols and operational considerations in luxury environments, ensuring that every team member is well-prepared to deliver exceptional childcare services.

There is a family room where families with young children can stay with their families and use some of the toys on offer at this resort. Our kids club provides a wide range of experiences daily helping to create forever memories. Each day the children engage in themed experiences that are held both indoors and outdoors, with a range of sports, arts & crafts, STEM, cooking, Eco and water experiences. 

Our Teen Club offers a wide range of outdoor experiences which gets the children participating in team challenges and competitive sports. 

Outdoor Facilities 

All children will benefit from the daily outdoor play when attending our childcare. 

Childcare staff will endeavor to use as much of the hotel grounds as possible including the outdoor playground, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, football pitch and grass areas. 

Worldwide Kids has a strict policy that states that no parents/ guardians can stay with their children in the setting. 

Are there exceptions in the kids’ age?

No exceptions can be made for children that are potty trained but slightly younger than the minimum age requirement (aka. 3,5 years or older). The only exception will be if the kid will be 3 years and 11 months. 

The waiting list is in place to ensure that we uphold our safety standards, whilst also providing the best care and creating memories for your children. 

We continue to monitor our waiting lists and will manage them in the coming weeks to provide further availability where possible. If sessions become available, you will be sent an updated confirmation email. There is a cancellation policy in resort following a 15-minute grace period, before the space will be allocated to someone on the waiting list. 

Worldwide Kids do not have a cancellation fee; guests can cancel any sessions via their myWK login page or informing the Childcare Manager the previous day. Although, we do appreciate 24-hour notice, so we are able to prepare for the following day. 

All children will be offered a healthy snack during each session, all dietary requirements will be met. Drinking water will be accessible throughout every session. During the lunch session all children will be provided with a lunch time meal either through room service or at the hotel buffet restaurant and will be charged depending on guests boarding plan.
