In Crete , September and October bring warm days, open skies and a slower, more relaxed way to experience the season. 

For most people, September signals the end of summer. Alarm clocks start ringing earlier. Calendars fill with meetings. Children return to their routines, roads become busier and everyday responsibilities begin competing for attention once again.
